We are extremely proud of the fact that we are a rural kennel with close to six acres of green space to roam and play on, but we are also aware of the fact that we're not the easiest kennel to find. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful stay for your beloved companion we are well worth the extra effort and will do everything in our power to assure your best friend a quality stay when in our care.
GPS and Mapping sites are not very reliable in finding us. Here are some additional directions to help you find us.
We are three miles past the Goshen Country Store and right next to the Skylight Country Store. Either one of these quaint country stores is a great place to stop in for a cold drink or a wonderful deli sandwich. Tell them we said hello.
Directions from Louisville: Take I-71 to Brownsboro Road (Hwy 42) and follow it East for 11.3 miles. Kennel driveway is gravel and the first driveway past the Skylight Country store on the left.
Directions from Gene Snyder Freeway: Follow G.S. North until it dead ends into Hwy. 42. Turn Right onto Hwy.42 and go 9.4 miles. Kennel driveway is gravel and the first driveway past the Skylight Country store on the left.
Directions from Lagrange: Follow Hwy 53 N. or Hwy 393 to Hwy 42 and take a left onto Hwy 42. We are 6 miles from 53 on the Right just before the Skylight Country Store. Pass up the house drive way and come into the second driveway and follow it back to the kennel.
Direction from East of Louisville: Take I-64 West to the Gene Snyder (Exit 19) and go NORTH on the G.S. until it dead ends into Hwy 42 then Turn Right onto Hwy.42 and go 9.4 miles. Kennel driveway is gravel and the first driveway past the Skylight Country store. Approximately 20 miles from I-64 to the kennel.
Directions from Indiana: Cross the Ohio river at your own peril and then head toward I-71 North, Merge onto the Watterson expressway to Exit 20 Brownsboro Road (Hwy.42) follow it East (left) for 11.3 miles. Kennel driveway is gravel and the first driveway past the Skylight Country store.
